Road Trip
We're suppose to attend Perfect World's first EB for its Close Beta Test but it turned out that we spent more time on the road rather than the EB itself. Along the way, we encountered a lot of pasaway and some other things that I felt lady luck was not on our side.

I waited for Mike to finish his 2nd web design for Perfect World. He got here around 7pm and left after few minutes. As we lined up for the toll gate, there was this jeep who came out of nowhere and tried to cut us in. I was like "wth! saan galing to?" I wasn't looking at the driver but Mike was. Told him not to look at him coz it might start a commotion. So there goes pasaway #1.

The EB was at Anonas and me and Mike wasn't familar on that part of Cubao. We called Kenneth to ask for directions and but he was unreachable (pasaway #2). Then we called Gelo but his cp died. But we got directions before it died down (pasaway #3). We passed Santolan MRT station and I told Mike that Cubao station might be near. We slowed down for road sign but alas we missed! We passed the road that we're suppose to turn right (pasaway #4). We drove further along EDSA and found a u-turn slot. We turned back and found the police parked in the middle of the road we previously passed. Mike called his attention while the traffic was moving slowly to ask for direction. When we're near him, he said, "Ok na sir. Dito na lang kami dadaan. Ok na" and left (pasaway #5). Me and Mike were dumbfounded. "What was that all about? Na windang ako."

We turned left where we were suppose to turn earlier. The traffic was so slow and it's already around 10! The traffic was caused by some sort of construction and only one vehicle can pass (pasaway #6). While waiting for the traffic light to turn green, we asked a lady by the sidewalk for directions. Thank gawd the street was just at our left.

We found the bar and went inside. Oniel, Mon, and Mamu was still there (I didn't noticed the others whom they're with since it was very dark). We asked Oniel if Kenneth and Gelo was still around and said they left already. We were kinda disappointed. So we made paalam to them and left to eat dinner. We haven't eaten dinner since from the start XD

We hit the road again going to Makati na sana when someone called. It was Kenneth. He told Mike that him and Gelo haven't left yet and were eating dinner (which made Oneil pasaway #7). We turned right hoping that we can find a way back to anonas to avoid the traffic. We turned right ulit but we ended up on the same road. Thing is, we don't know if we passed through anonas ave already. We decided to take a u-turn and take the "traffic" lane.

After picking them up, we went back to EDSA, dropped Kenneth in Ayala and went to Makati at Mike's office. I stayed with him for the whole night - doing his job while i'm doing mine (Mike's last day for "night" shift). That's when I took a web pic of me XD I'll let you see my work whe it's published already :p


Keyboard
I looked at Cheese in his "home" and thought I'd make it larger. I got meself a large plywood and a saw. I was almost halfway sawing the plywood when my arm can't take it anymore. I forcibly folded the plywood to cut it; leaving uneven edges. When I put Cheese back, he wandered around while playing with his newspaper. I think he was happy. When I went back in front of my pc, there's water overflowing my desktop from my tumbler drippping through my desktop to my keyboard! I got the tumbler with a small crack pala -__- I checked my keyboard and again, for the.... 5th time, my keyboard's busted! -___-; Since I can't properly work on my project, I decided to sleep and wait for Mike.

I woke up when I heard lots of people buzzing in our "phase" hall, which is right beside our house. When I checked what's happening, Mike came. One line of of our street was filled with lines of cars! Even the neighboring street! Apparently there was some sort of meeting de avance of those who are running for election. We only saw 4 of them talking so "what the hell is this loooong line of cars?!"


Mike's ego-boost
We went to Alabang Town Center to watch Norbit. Mike bought me a keyboard first and ate at North Park. After ordering, he went to the ticket booth to buy tickets. When he came back, if I remember it right...

Mike: Mang-ba-babae sana ako
Me: Oh! Bakit hindi?
Mike: Eh kasama nya anak nya eh. Naka-stroller.
Me: Hahaha! Ok XD
Mike: Nakita mo ba yung dalawang babae kanina banda dun *points*
Me: Yeah bakit?
Mike: Tinitingnan nila ako kanina tapos tumitingin sayo.
Me: Oh?
Mike: Yeah. Tinitingnan siguro nila kung maganda ka
Me: Ahahaha!!!
Mike: Nakita ko sila pagbalik ko pagka bili ko ng tickets. Tapos nung nakita ako nung kasama nya na maliit, kinalabit yung babae na kasama nya.
Me: Yung may bangs?
Mike: Yeah. Tapos tinuro ako. Pinalo nya yung kamay nung kasama nya tapos parang nahiya.
Me: Ahahaha!!! Naks naman!
Mike: Tapos yung babae na may anak? Yung naka stroller?
Me: Yeah?
Mike: Tinitingnan ko sya kung titingin sya eh. Hindi tumitingin. Tapos nung hindi na ako tumingin tapos tumingin ulit ako, biglang yumuko.
Me: Ahahahaha!!!! Naks naman. Ego-boost ba? Basta kung mambababae ka, dapat ma-mi-meet yung standard ko. Maiinsulto ako kung hindi ahahahaha!!!
